20 hours per week
- No more than 3 years working experience.
- Good communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Unrelenting client service ethic and unimpeachable integrity
- Having relative knowledge/connections of Mold industry is a plus.
- Be fluent to write both in Chinese and in English. Native Mandarin speaker is preferred.
- Build and execute strategy for marketing pipeline and achieving quarterly company goals.
- Learn the product and business to become an expert adviser and thought partner to current and prospective clients.
- Identify new market explosion and develop a solid pipeline for prospect lead.
- Efficiently receive customer feedback and requests to provide effective information for improving current products.
- Provide on-boarding, training and support for new and existing clients.
