According to a research conducted by Price Waterhouse Coopers, artificial intelligence is expected to increase 1.57 billion yuan in economy by 2030, and China and the United States will account for 70% of that.

The seminar will explore the potential competition and collaboration derived from the rapid development of AI in those countries.

James Ding, Managing Director at GSR Ventures, focuses on developing early-stage companies in the artificial intelligence, big data, IT-related health care, VR/AR and new media sectors. Prior to GSR Ventures, he co-founded AsiaInfo, which played an important role in the design and construction of China's Internet infrastructure and is the first Chinese high-tech enterprise listed on the NASDAQ in the United States.
